The custom-designed Reading Nook Bench seamlessly converts into a daybed and is crafted to fit perfectly within our client's stepped nook. The bench features a solid walnut seat, while the rest of the structure is veneered in walnut, offering a sophisticated yet warm aesthetic. Two side tables are integrated into the design, capable of rotating inward and connecting to the bench to create a full daybed configuration when needed. The design incorporates subtle, built-in lighting to enhance the ambiance, adding both functionality and atmosphere. The cushions, custom-designed and sewn by Studio Ture, provide comfort and a refined finish, ensuring the piece is both versatile and inviting. Designed to seamlessly integrate with our client's existing space, the Minty Wall Display hugs key elements in the space such as the kitchen counter, couch, and wall mounted TV. Built from birch plywood, the unit features push-pull cabinets and versatile storage solutions to adapt to our client’s changing needs. Finished in a soft minty green that matches the surrounding wall color, the piece appears to grow organically from the wall, blending effortlessly into the space. Custom floating media console that doubles as a bench. Designed to span in between the two walls of the client's living room, the console features a mix of open and closed cabinets, completed with door handles sourced from Etsy. The piece was fabricated using birch plywood and coated with a white matte finish to seamlessly blend in with the color of our client's walls. In crafting this custom walnut coffee table project, we were inspired by the elegance of minimalist Japanese design. Our clients asked us to create a piece that would seamlessly complement their warm interior space while embodying simplicity and functionality. The table is handcrafted from hard walnut wood, completed with walnut veneered legs. Underneath the table, we incorporated a storage space, seamlessly integrated into the design. This addition not only enhances the table's practicality but also aligns with the clients' desire for a personalized touch in their living space. One of the unique challenges of this project was to create a table that harmonized with an existing walnut piece owned by our clients. We took great care to match the wood grain, tone, and finish, ensuring that the new coffee table seamlessly integrated with its surroundings while still standing out as a distinctive focal point. TELOS is a one-act play performed at the Chain Theatre on September of 2023. The play was produced by Remember Entertainment and directer by Claudia Stock. Set in a sterile Brooklyn bar, the play unfolds as a group of men deliberate a crime they committed. To enable the actors to fully express themselves on stage, we opted for a minimalistic design focusing materiality and lighting. Our team designed and built the bar and table, complemented by four sourced chairs. ​ Our studio placed a strong emphasis on waste management when designing the set for the play, taking into account its short stage lifespan of only 3 days. We utilized reclaimed wood from street pallets for the bar and table design. To enhance the auditory experience, we covered them with salvaged metal sheets to capture the sound of glasses hitting the surface. During our final year at Pratt Institute's School of Architecture, we were confronted with a prevalent issue: the excessive waste of materials resulting from students' model making and design projects.  Motivated by this challenge, we harnessed the potential of these discarded materials, using them as our creative constraint. Through this process, we developed multiple prototypes that embodied an authentic and resourceful approach, giving rise to furniture pieces that gracefully embraced the available materials and showcased our exploration of simple yet compelling forms. ​ The collection featured a pair of chairs, a shelf, a tray set, and various smaller items like coasters and candle holders crafted from surplus materials. Our Prototypes were showcased at "Of the Cloth"s Rockefeller Center gallery as well as their Prospect Heights location.

Our first collection, LEMN, derives its name from the Romanian word for wood, to honor the material's significance and its symbolic representation of growth.  LEMN's cylindrical shape emerged when we were commissioned to design three stools for a modern coffee shop in Manhattan. Our goal was to make a sculptural and contemporary piece that seamlessly fit with the cafe's sleek design. Our formal exploration was inspired by a simple geometric shape: a circle, representing harmony, perfection, and balance. Crafted from birch plywood, a tree native to New York, the LEMN series showcases handmade furniture that offers a unique alternative to mass-produced designs. The collection consists of four distinct items: the single-legged stool, the double-legged stool, the bench, and the console.
